Svanholm Farm shop and Café

At Svanholm’s café and shop offers beef and lamb, Svanholm coffee developed together with Roskilde coffee ‘Just Coffee’, Hansens Flødeis, Svanholm own apple juice, home-baked rye bread, spelled bread, honey etc.

You can also buy Svanholm organic raw milk, directly from the cows, in beautiful old-fashioned glass bottles.

In the café shop you can also drink hot chocolate, tea, coffee and eat cake or Hansen’s Ice Cream. Or you can have a nice soup served with homemade sour cream and spelled bread.

In the green shop you can get the season’s fresh vegetables, milk and eggs of your own breeding every day from 10-20.

And of course, it’s all organic.

The main building at Svanholm Estate was built in 1744 and is today listed. In 1978, the 800-year-old Svanholm Estate was taken over by a community: a group of people with a dream of living a sustainable life together.

Today, 90 adults and 60 children live on the estate’s 420 hectares. Together they run a versatile organic farm as well as several companies, and have common finances, common meetings and common large kitchens.
