Snoremark meadery

Situated on a picturesque estate in the hamlet of Tågerup north of Roskilde, Snoremark is an organic farm and brewery owned and operated by Karin Sloth and Thomas Bredholt, who also live on the estate. The farm, which has a long history, sits high above the landscape with a panoramic view of the area, which is home to Roskilde Fjord, Medieval churches and ancient burial mounds.

Snoremark’s modern brewery produces mead using a new Nordic recipe based on local ingredients, such as honey, apples, herbs and sea buckthorn. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic apple cider are also made from scratch. Snoremark regularly hosts tasting events, tours and free family activities.

Karin and Thomas own and operate Snoremark.
