Mead from Denmark’s Bronze Age
At Snoremark, you can get the entire time journey from the oldest mead from Denmark’s Bronze Age (created in collaboration with the National Museum) to a modern reinterpretation of mead based solely on local ingredients such as honey, apples, herbs and fruit.
In addition to the mead (there is a wine), cider is also produced from the farm’s own cider plantation, luthendrank, gin liqueur, vermouth on local herbs and a non-alcoholic apple mulled wine.
Most raw materials are produced on the farm, here you will find a visitor apiary, an apple cider plantation and herb beds.
