Herslev Bryghus is an organic brewery with visions for the taste, nature and biodiversity in the surrounding landscape.
The brewery believes in keeping a hands-on process and takes great pride in the craftsmanship of craft beer. They champion more nature and less industry. Their brewing method is inspired by the world of natural wines, and they strive to source all ingredients locally. This includes their clean pilsners and spontaneously fermented hay beers, where the yeast is replaced by microorganisms from the hay harvested from the fields around the brewery.
You can purchase all of Herslev’s beers at their farm shop, where you’ll also find products from other producers in the Fjordland area.
