The farm shop at Hegnsholt has a large and inviting selection of high-quality organic and local food. Here are freshly laid eggs from the farm’s chickens, and organic meat, charcuterie and sausages from the farm’s own lambs and pigs.
You can find delicious specialties from other local producers, eg flour from Kornby Mill and Aurion, cheeses, sweets, chocolate from i.a. Mikkel Friis-Holm, juice and jam from Søbogaard, beer from eg Herslev Bryghus, freshly squeezed juices from GRO Juice, natural wines, vinegars, pesto and pasta from Pasta Principato and Il Fornaio.
