Ever since Stephanie and Kristian took up their respective crafts during a two-year stay in Portland, USA, handcrafted ceramics and great coffee have been central to their lives.
You can visit their pottery workshop and coffee roastery by appointment. Here, you have the opportunity to taste delicious coffee from beautiful handcrafted cups and purchase coffee and ceramics to take home.
If coffee and ceramics are the heart of Eudaimonia, then education is the soul of the business.
Several times a week, the pottery workshop comes alive as it fills with small groups eager to learn and create their own clay works. Eudaimonia’s ceramics classes have been so popular in their first year that there is now a waiting list for future sessions.
Fjordlandet, or Fjord Country, covers the scenic areas around Roskilde Fjord and Isefjord. The towns and landscape of Fjordlandet are filled with vibrant stories, while its harbours are abuzz with activity. On a summer day you’ll encounter beach guests, sailors, fishermen, nature lovers, birdwatchers, history buffs and Viking enthusiasts.
