RAGNAROCK is an exciting interactive museum that takes us on a journey of discovery in the colorful history of music.

At Rabalderstræde 16 in Roskilde you can visit the permanent exhibition and changing special exhibitions.

With music as its focal point, RAGNAROCK tells the story of the youth culture in Denmark from the 50s until today.

“Smattens Magi” – Special exhibition at RAGNAROCK

The museum reigns in its beautiful, golden colors over Roskilde’s ‘Rock City’ – the Musicon district, which is just a stone’s throw from Roskilde Festival’s permanent square… where else?

The special exhibition ‘Smattens Magi – 50 years of imprint of Roskilde Festival’ has been waiting behind the scenes at RAGNAROCK. The premiere of the exhibition about Roskilde Festival’s history marks half a century with the festival, which is one of the oldest and largest in the world. The story is told through the festival goers’ experiences – because they are the festival’s real main name.
