Fjordlandet Outdoor offers local experiences in the beautiful National Park Skjoldungernes Land. On land and at sea and always with local guides who provide special experiences and always in conjunction with other like-minded people who would like to enjoy the amazing nature the national park offers.
Fjordlandet Outdoor allows you to experience the entire national park area. Whether on land or at sea. There are weekly hiking or cycling trips on land and kayaking or paddleboard trips on the water. Fjordlandet Outdoor is based on Roskilde Harbor, but also starts trips from other locations around the National Park area.
Local guides – local experiences
Skjoldungernes Land National Park is a unique place with a long history, tradition and culture. The weekly tours are always made by local guides who tell local stories about places, culture, history or contemporary developments. Some of the tours pass by the local food producers and offer a tale from the local fire souls and maybe a taste or lunch.
Shared experiences
When Fjordlandet Outdoor takes a trip out into the National Park, it happens in a community with other like-minded people. Experiences are the most fun with others and therefore something extra is done by rowing together, walking together, cycling together or paddling together. Shared experiences are good experiences.
In the Vikings’ footsteps
Come out into the beautiful scenery and experience the forest floor, the trees, the rush in the leaves, the water in the fjord, the wind in your hair and the fellowship with others. Fjordlandet Outdoor is the entrance to your experiences in the National Park Skjoldungernes Land and your opportunity to take a walk in the Vikings’ footsteps. Whether it is Fjord Path, Skjoldunge Path, Boserup Forest, Bistrup forest, Roskilde Fjord or Isefjorden.
The guides at Fjordlandet Outdoor love being outside and are committed to welcoming you “outside”.
There are trips every week, all year round, which you can sign up for.
